The Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) is a resolution passed by the United Nations that defines and describes the individual and communal rights of Indigenous peoples. UNDRIP includes statements regarding ownership rights, identity, culture and ceremonial practice, language, education, health, self-determination, and sovereignty.
